At Penguin Store, we want you to be fully satisfied with every purchase. If something goes wrong, here is how we handle refunds.
You are eligible for a refund if your order was not delivered within the advertised timeframe, if the item was significantly different from the description, or if the service could not be completed due to an error on our side.
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery or the expected delivery window. After 7 days, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
Open a support ticket and include your order details. Our team will review the case and issue a refund to your original payment method within 3–5 business days if approved.
Digital goods that have already been redeemed or transferred may not be eligible for a full refund. Account sales are final once login credentials have been delivered, unless the account is inaccessible or not as described.
